个人简介
刘恒,女,博士,讲师,硕士生导师,中共党员,山东临沂人。2015年毕业于菏泽学院生命科学学院生物科学专业,获理学学士学位;2018年毕业于山东农业大学生命科学学院植物学专业,获理学硕士学位;2021年毕业于山东农业大学生命科学学院植物学专业,获理学博士学位。2021-至今,就职于临沂大学生命科学学院。在Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Environmental and Experimental Botany、BMC Plant Biology等期刊发表学术论文近10篇。

承担本科生《蛋白质工程与酶工程》、《植物学实验》课程
研究方向
1. 植物抗逆调控
利用转录组学和代谢组学等多组学技术,解析植物在抗逆过程中的基因表达和代谢产物积累的动态变化,挖掘关键的抗逆调控基因和代谢途径,构建植物抗逆调控的分子网络。
2. 苹果品质研究
通过对苹果色泽、苹果风味和苹果采后等研究,探究提高苹果品质的分子机制。
