个人简介

郝丽,女,博士,讲师,中共党员,山东潍坊人。2024年毕业于中国海洋大学食品科学与工程学院食品科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位。2025-至今,就职于临沂大学生命科学学院。在Trends in Food Science & TechnologyJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryFood ChemistryFood Research InternationalFood & FunctionFood Bioscience等杂志发表SCI论文20余篇。 

教学工作

承担本科生《食品专业英语》、《功能性食品》等课程。 

研究方向

1. 营养功能组分的识别与挖掘;2. 食源性活性肽的靶向制备及精细结构解析;3. 营养功能组分在细胞与动物模型中的生物学功能与分子作用机制解析。
